<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period of time from the time when an output instruction is given by an output instruction device to the time when the printed matter is output so far as a document agrees with a certain condition in on-demand printing. <P>SOLUTION: A condition setting part 110 sets automatic preparing conditions for preparing print instruction information and stores them in a condition storage part 120 even if there is no instruction from a user. A condition monitoring part 130 determines whether a document satisfies the automatic preparing conditions AJ or not when storing it. A print instruction information preparing part 140 prepares automatic preparation print instruction information APJ without user's instructions if the document satisfies the conditions AJ. If the pending automatic preparation print instruction information APJ satisfies invalidation conditions, a print server 50 invalidates the information APJ. An on-demand terminal 80 distinguishes between the automatic preparation print instruction information APJ and usual preparation print instruction information UPJ, displays the distinction, and gives the instructions for releasing pending of the print instruction information PJ selected from among them to the print server 50 when the on-demand terminal 80 accepts a demand for displaying list through an acceptance part 210. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
