<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introduction system, or the like, for introducing a user, while taking privacy into consideration by using the identifiers of wireless LAN access point devices arranged in town. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of terminal devices 205 can respectively detect access point devices 203, they store a history of the identifiers of the access point devices and receive an input of a message from a user; and when they can communicate with a server device 202 via an access point device 203, they transmit history information, in association with a message to the server device 202. The server device 202 extracts similar movement routes among movement routes received in the past with the received history information as a movement route of the terminal device 205, and transmits a message inputted in another terminal device 205, that moves on the extracted movement route as relevant information to the terminal device 205 of a transmission source, and the terminal device 205 displays the received relevant information on a screen to notify the user of the relevant information.
