PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a napped fabric for a hook-and-loop fastener capable of obtaining a hook-and-loop fastener with integrated female material and male material, having not only excellent engagement property but also flexibility, hardly generating peel-off sound when the female material is separated from the male material, and capable of being excellently sewn to a fabric or the like, and the hook-and-loop fastener and a fiber product using the napped fabric. SOLUTION: The napped fabric for the hook-and-loop fastener is composed of a ground woven portion 1 and a napped portion 3. The ground woven portion 1 includes a filament yarn A whose monofilament is 1000 nm or smaller in diameter, and the napped portion 3 includes a napped yarn 2 whose monofilament is at least 0.5 dtex in fineness. As a result, the surface on the ground woven portion side is the female material, and the surface on the napped portion side is the male material.
