<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible coupling structure configured to exclusively support a load without transmitting the load to other portions, that is, a self-contained flexible coupling structure which is free of a vibration problem despite the length of flexible coupling structure being long. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a gear coupling structure, a spherical radial bearing 23 and a spherical thrust bearing 48 are mounted on the center O of a crowning provided to an external gear 39 in such a way that the center of rotation of the bearings are matched to each other; an internal gear 38 is supported by the spherical radial bearing 23 and the spherical thrust bearing 48; and the external gear 39 can tilt relative to the internal gear 38 with respect to the center O of the crowning.
