<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limiter circuit using a PIN diode employed in a microwave band wherein the suppression ratio of the signal is large enough on the occasion of inputting a high frequency signal of a high level and also the PIN diode hardly breaks down even on the occasion of inputting an signal of an excessively high level. <P>SOLUTION: Before or behind a limit section 10 including a PIN diode, impedance conversion sections 20, 30 at an input side and an output side are formed so as to carry out limiting operation of the limit section 10 at a limit point in which a characteristic impedance is made high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
