<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station device and communication quality report method, wherein a communication quality measurement condition or the like can be changed for each of cells accommodated in a BTS and a specific cell can be individually controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station device comprises: a cell correction value database 15 storing a parameter for each cell; a transmission power measuring unit 13 for measuring transmission power of a downlink individual channel at a BTS in response to a request from an RNC 2; a transmission power determination unit 14 that uses a parameter at a user information management unit 17 and allows a user to determine, in accordance with a cell being communicated, whether to report the measured transmission power to the RNC 2 with respect to the measured transmission power obtained by the transmission power measurement unit 13; and a transmission power report unit 16 for reporting the measured transmission power to the RNC 2 when it is determined to report the measured transmission power to the RNC 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
