<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute telephone call quality measurement without checking whether or not necessary dwell time can be secured in advance. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement device which is connected to a first communication terminal and measures communication quality has a measurement location storage part which stores a measurement area, a stop time in the measurement area and a dwell time in the measurement area, a measurement means for acquiring a current time and its current location, and a control means for determining whether or not to secure a stop time and a dwell time in the measurement area, and an adequate time for transmitting test signals based on the current time if the current location is within the measurement area, and instructing transmission of the test signals to the first communication terminal if determining that the time is secured in the determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
