<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional optical film which reduces external light reflection, and strikes a balance between the reduction in the angle dependence of the color of reflected light and the improvement in the contrast and resolution of an image, and further which is provided even with an electromagnetic wave shielding function. <P>SOLUTION: The functional optical film includes: a substrate 11; a conductive layer 12 having a plurality of openings 12a and arranged at either principal plane of the substrate 11; a hard coat layer 13 arranged so as to cover the conductive layer 12; and a reflection prevention layer 14 arranged on the hard coat layer 13, wherein average surface roughness Ra of the reflection prevention layer 14 is 0.02 to 0.10 μm, and the ten-point average height Rz of the reflection prevention layer 14 is 0.02 to 0.50 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
