<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive sensor or adjustment mechanism for controlling deflection angle (scanning angle) on an optical scanning module mounted with a scanning mirror to be driven to scan by one-way repetitive movement by use of a spring. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical amplitude detection method and the amplitude control method, reflective scattering surfaces are provided on both sides of an emitting mirror surface along a scanning direction within the scanning mirror, reflected lights from the reflective scattering surfaces are detected to optically detect the deflection angle of the scanning mirror, and the deflection angle is controlled to be below an angle at which the reflective scattering surfaces can be broken. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
