<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent damage and the like to a wiring harness due to a foreign matter, such as a gravel, on a panel under a step portion with a simple structure without increasing the size or cost of or complicating the structure. <P>SOLUTION: A stepped panel 5 is provided under a step portion of a vehicle body 2. A wiring harness 4 is folded in the horizontal direction and wired from a horizontal wall 6 at the upper part of the stepped panel to above a horizontal wall 8 at the lower part. One end of the wiring harness is fixed on the upper horizontal wall and the other end of the wiring harness is fixed on the slide door side. Any foreign matter 11 on the upper horizontal wall can be scraped to the lower horizontal wall side by expansion and contraction of the wiring harness when the slide door 3 is opened/closed. Multiple grooves 21 for discharging the foreign matter are provided in at least the upper horizontal wall 6 so that the grooves 21 are extended obliquely downward.
