<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus having a superior operability despite a portable type. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: an ultrasonic probe for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves; a housing being held by an operator; a diagnostic apparatus body responding to a wirelessly received operation signal and generating an ultrasonic image while adjusting the image, and a display section for displaying the ultrasonic image.
