<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting for connecting reinforcement, which can be surely and electrically connected to the reinforcement, irrespective of the shape of the rib of the reinforcement, and which enables grounding to be properly performed using the reinforcement. <P>SOLUTION: This fitting 1 for connecting the reinforcement includes: two connecting portions 3, which are connected to the two orthogonal reinforcements 2 by gripping them; a coupling portion 4 for coupling the two connecting portions 3 together; and a fixing portion 5 for fixing the connecting portion 3 to the reinforcement 2. A plurality of triangular pyramid-shaped projections 6 are provided on the inside surface of the connecting portion 3. By having the reinforcement 2 gripped with the connecting portion 3 and screws 9 inserted through insertion holes 8 of the fixing portion 5 and insertion holes 7 of the connecting portion 4, and tightened and fixed to nuts 10, respectively, the projections 6 bite into the reinforcement 2 so as to surely and electrically connect the connecting portion 3 and the reinforcement 2 together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
