<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by suppressing the positional displacement of a gap sheet sandwiched between magnetic cores, facilitating an assembly, which makes the size of the gap sheet bare minimum. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor-penetrating type choke coil include: a plate-like conductive bar 10 having connection parts on its both ends; a pair of insulating covers 12 covering a central part of the conductive bar from the both sides by assembling so as to face each other; a pair of U-shape type magnetic cores 14 externally surrounding the central part of the conductive bar in covering the insulating cover; and the gap sheet 16 sandwiched between the magnetic cores. The pair of insulating covers having an identical shape include: a cover body 30 sandwiching the central part of the conductive bar along approximately half around; and a flange part 32 positioning at the both ends of the cover body.
