<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching element drive circuit which reduces chip size and whose manufacturing cost does not increase. <P>SOLUTION: The drive circuit includes: a current detection circuit 40 which detects current flowing in a switching element of a power conversion circuit as a voltage value; an excess current state control part 50 which compares the voltage value detected by the current detection circuit 40 with first reference voltage Vb1, outputs an excess current detection signal when an excess current state is detected, and stops supply of source current to a control terminal of the switching element of the drive circuit; and an output voltage control part 60 having an operational amplifier 61 in which the voltage value detected by the current detection circuit 40 and second reference voltage Vb2 are input, output is supplied to the output side of the drive circuit, and which becomes an operating state when the excess current detection signal is output from the excess current state control part 50 and which stabilizes output voltage of the drive circuit 23 according to the second reference voltage when the operational amplifier 61 becomes the operating state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
