<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric speed reducer improving coupling strength of spline coupling of a carrier and an output shaft and suppressing elongation of dimension in the axial direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spline shaft part 39 arranged to project toward a through-hole 26 formed in a central portion of an external gear 24 and having a spline part 40 formed thereon and connected to the carrier 20 is provided in the output shaft 14 having a pinion 15 formed integrally.
