<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal metal fitting capable of preventing jumping-up of an end portion of an electric wire, and to provide an electric wire with the terminal metal fitting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This terminal metal fitting 10 has a connecting part 11 connected to a mating side terminal, a bottom plate 16 forming a shape of extending backward from the connecting part 11 and placing the end portion of the electric wire 20, and a wire barrel 12 caulked to the end portion of the electric wire 20 placed on the bottom plate 16. A jumping-up preventive part 18A forming an arch shape of swelling out upward by opening at least the wire barrel side and capable of inserting the end portion of the electric wire 20, is formed in a part nearer to the connecting part 11 than the wire barrel 12 among the bottom plate 16.
