<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which enables high speed revolution by suppressing the increase of its inertia. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A motor rotor 5 has: a plurality of segmental magnets 21, which are arranged at specified intervals in its circumferential direction so that they may stick fast to the peripheral face of a hollow shaft 11; a protective pipe 22 which holds the segmental magnets 21 between it and the hollow shaft 5; and a hollow reinforcing member 23 made of nonmagnetic substance, which sticks fast to the protective pipe 22 from its inside, being inserted into the space formed between adjacent segmental magnets 21.
