<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage recorded sound information according to each of business forms such as a night shop and a Karaoke box. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device performs setting processing for switching between a first mode and a second mode based on a user's designation, and reproduction processing. In the reproduction processing, when the first mode is set, with respect to all stored pieces of recorded sound information, a selection screen based on relevant information thereof is displayed to cause a reproduction means to reproduce recorded sound information designated by an input means, and when the second mode is set, with respect to only the recorded sound information including the user ID of the user who logs in of the stored recorded sound information, a selection screen based on relevant information thereof is displayed to cause the reproduction means to reproduce the recorded sound information designated by the input means.
