<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition suitable for impregnating a porous material therewith and the porous material containing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The detergent composition includes at least one selected from a group consisting of an anionic surface-active agent and nonionic surface-active agent, as a cleaning ingredient for impregnating the porous material therewith, and has viscosity of ≤90 mPa s under a condition of 80°C, and has a solid form at normal temperature and exhibiting a liquid form at approximately 80°C.
