<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a punching base made of hard resin is applied on the outer surface of a vent tube in order to manually drill the vent tube formed by a blow molding for thermoplastic resin, and when punching the hole by adding the external force to the cylindrical punch after positioning a commercially available cylindrical punch on the inner surface of the vent tube, there is a limitation only for the outer surface of the molded article that can be prescribed by a mold for blow molding, and therefore marking for positioning on the inner surface is impossible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The conical shape, truncated cone shape, multiple pyramid shape, or multiple truncated pyramid shape projection part for punch positioning is formed on the inner surface of the vent tube, a cylindrical blade of the cylindrical punch is concentrically applied on the projection part, and the vent tube is punched by adding the external force to the punch.
