AFFECTED REGION COOLER FOR BURN ON HAND

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affected region cooler to be used for cooling an affected region mainly on a burned hand and to be used for a long period of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The affected region cooler includes an inner bag 12 into which the affected region is inserted; an outer bag 13 enclosing the inner bag; and an injection port 11 connected to the gap between the inner and outer bags. The gap is configured to be sealed when the injection port is sealed by combining the mouths of the inner and outer bags excluding the injection port. The affected region inserted into the inner bag can be cooled with water or ice loaded into the gap from the injection port. If the affected region is in a hand, the inner bag 12 can be shaped in such a shape as divided into a part 12a for inserting the thumb and a part 12b for inserting fingers from the first to the fourth finger.
