摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-compensated relaxation oscillator circuit that reduces cost, is small is size, hardly affected by a temperature, and widens a frequency band. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A relaxation oscillator circuit 100 exhibits superior low temperature coefficient performance characteristics and does not require the use of expensive off-chip high-precision resistors to effect temperature compensation. The relaxation oscillator circuit includes: an FET 200; a current mirror circuit 103 configured to give a bias current to a drain of the FET 200; an operational amplifier 201 connected to a gate of the FET 200; a band gap circuit 102 connected to a first input of the operational amplifier 201; and a resistor array 101 connected to a source of the FET 200 and a second input of the operational amplifier 201. Positive and negative temperature coefficient resistors arranged in the resistor array 101 are offset with respect to each other to provide temperature compensation in the relaxation oscillator circuit 100.
