PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a corner pad which can easily suppress the stacked height of articles by arranging a plurality of the articles in respective corner sections even when the articles are stacked up. SOLUTION: When the corner pad 50 is constituted so as to be mounted on respective corner sections of the plurality of articles stacked up during transportation and storing, and covers the top side, the side face sides and the ground side of the corner section, there are provided a top face section 5 for covering the top side of the corner section, side wall sections 20A and 20B continuously connected with the top face section and for covering the side face sides at the corner section, and bottom face sections 40A and 40B continuously connected with the side wall section and for covering the ground side at the corner section. On the bottom face section, an opening section FP is provided into which the top face section of the corner pad of the lower side can be fitted when a plurality of the articles are stacked up.
