摘要 <p>The apparatus (1) comprises a heating device (3) for producing hot supply air, a device (5) for storing vegetable bulk material, a heat exchanger (29), a device (7) for sucking exhaust air, and a filter grid (15). The heating device, the storage device and the sucking device are arranged and designed, so that the hot supply air produced from the heating device initially flows through the bulk material and then is sucked off by the sucking device. The sucking device is designed, so that it produces a negative pressure (delta P 1) in an area, which is disposed downstream of the storage device. The apparatus (1) comprises a heating device (3) for producing hot supply air, a device (5) for storing vegetable bulk material, a heat exchanger (29), a device (7) for sucking exhaust air, and a filter grid (15). The heating device, the storage device and the sucking device are arranged and designed, so that the hot supply air produced from the heating device initially flows through the bulk material and then is sucked off by the sucking device. The sucking device is designed, so that it produces a negative pressure (delta P 1) in an area, which is disposed downstream of the storage device in a flow direction of the supply air, where the negative pressure is -5 to -500 Pascal. The negative pressure produced by the sucking device is controllable or regulatable. The heating device is designed, so that it produces a further negative pressure (delta P 4) in an area, which is disposed upstream of the storage device in the flow direction of the hot air, where the negative pressure is less than 200 Pascal. The storage device has two partial storage devices arranged one after the other in the flow direction of the hot air for storing a part of the bulk material. The heating device, the storing device and the sucking device are designed, so that a slight negative pressure (delta P 4) of 1-100 Pascal adjusts itself in an area that is disposed upstream of the first partial storage device in the flow direction of the hot air and a slight negative pressure (delta P 2) of -1 to -100 Pascal adjusts itself in an area that is disposed between the first and second partial storage devices and so that a strong negative pressure (delta P 1) of -50 to -500 Pascal adjusts itself in an area that is disposed downstream of the second partial storage device in the flow direction of the hot air. The heating device, the storage device and the heat exchanger are arranged and designed, so that the hot air produced by the heating device is supplied to the heat exchanger as exhaust air after flowing through the bulk material stored in the storage device. The supply air to be supplied is introduced to the heating device before through the heat exchanger to preheat the supply air by the recovered heat, which is withdrawn from the exhaust air through the heat exchanger. The filter grid is arranged, so that the exhaust air is released by particles with a determined minimum size before entering into the heat exchanger. The heating device is designed, so that the supply air is sucked in an area, in which it is free of pollutants, surrounding the apparatus. An independent claim is included for a method for drying vegetable bulk material.</p>
