PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic floor material having no problem with protection against disasters and prevention of environmental pollution even if it is burned and disposed of, having sufficient adhesive strength with the floor base and excellent dimensional stability in even the environment having frequent change of temperature as in a rolling stock, and preventing the occurrence of expansion and upthrust. SOLUTION: The floor material 1 is formed by an olefinic resin composition and is constituted by integrating and laminating a surface resin layer 2 containing olefinic resin, a printed layer 4, and a basic material layer 3 mutually. The basic material layer 3 is provided with a laminated structure including three layers or more, and at least one layer in the laminated structure including three layers or more is formed by a cloth 6 made of glass fibers impregnated with the olefinic resin in advance. Tensile elastic modulus of the surface resin layer is set to 70-700 MPa, and coefficient of linear expansion of the basic material layer is set to 5×10<SP>-5</SP>×K<SP>-1</SP>or less to manufacture the floor member preventing the occurrence of phenomena such as expansion and upthrust.
