CONSTITUTION: A coffee manufacturing device comprises an added source supply part(134), a grinding part(141), a coffee liquid extracting part(150), a setting part, and a controller. The added source supply part supplies the added source of the coffee. The grinding part grinds the coffee bean and produces coffee powder. The coffee liquid extracting part produces coffee extract corresponding to the amount of coffee powder provided from the grinding part. The setting part sets the input amount of the coffee powder and the input amount of the added source.
