PURPOSE: A remote communication terminal is provided to report whether the second wireless remote communication terminal fully receives a packet stream of the first terminal with satisfied quality. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter interface(202) transmits the first packet stream to the second wireless terminal. A receiver interface(201) receives the second packet stream from the second wireless terminal. A processor(203) decodes the first set of at least one measurement value from the second packet stream.
