PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or eliminate rash by a cashew nut shell liquid without losing bioactivity, antimicrobial property, etc.

SOLUTION: The cashew nut shell liquid is prepared by adding at least one of an excipient and porous powder to a cashew nut shell liquid and solidifying the cashew nut shell liquid. The cashew nut shell liquid contains at least one of four kinds of anacardic acid, cardanol, cardol and 2-methylcardol, is solidified, decreases permeation of cashew component and reduces or eliminates rash even if contacted with the skin of human body.
