<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system for a vehicle, preventing mischief and stealing of electricity with simple operation and installed with least modification even for a conventional charging device without needing a mechanical lock mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The charging system for the vehicle connecting a mounted battery and a power supply unit through a charging cable to charge the mounted battery, includes a mobile device carried with a user, and a control unit. The control unit includes an ID code requesting means for transmitting by radio a request signal for requesting the transmission of an ID code unique to the vehicle, to the mobile device; an ID code receiving means for receiving by radio the requested ID code; a collating means for collating the received ID code with a master code stored in a predetermined storage section; and an operating mode switching control means for performing switching control of an operating mode between a caution mode of detecting abnormality of the power supply unit, the charging cable and its periphery during charging and a non-caution mode of not detecting abnormality based on the collation coincidence of the ID code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
