PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which exhibits superior pressure-fixing property, at ordinary temperature or by additionally using a small amount of heat energy, is free from occurrence of VOC, is superior in toner strength in a developing machine and obtains a superior fixing image strength, to provide a manufacturing method of the electrostatic charge image developing toner, to provide an electrostatic charge image developer that uses the electrostatic charge image developing toner, and to provide an image forming method and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a block copolymer, comprising a block prepared by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated compound, wherein a temperature T(P5) at which the viscosity of the block copolymer becomes 10<SP>4</SP>Pa s is 60°C or more under application pressure 5 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>of flow tester, a temperature T(P300), at which the viscosity of the block copolymer becomes 10<SP>4</SP>Pa s is≤80°C, at an applied pressure 300 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>of flow tester, and these temperatures satisfy the relation: 30°C≤T(P5)-T(P300)≤80°C.
