PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin sheet allowing continuous processing a thick sheet without generating cutting powder nor burrs. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a resin sheet includes an extruding process 112 of sheet-likely extruding molten resin from a die 12; a sheet molding process 114 pinching a resin sheet 14 with a mold roller 16 and a nip roller 18 using the mold roller 16 formed with a protrusion part at least on one side and the nip roller 18, forming a cut groove 26 to the extruded resin sheet 14 by transferring the protrusion part 15, and forming the sheet by cooling and solidifying; a peeling process 115 of peeling the resin sheet 14 from the mold roller 16; and a cutting process 124 cutting the cut groove 26 along the carrying direction with an ultrasonic cutter 174. The temperature of the cutting part of the resin sheet 14 is (Tg-50) to (Tg+100)°C, wherein Tg is the glass transition temperature of the resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
