PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten imaging time to the minimum while securing necessary image contrast in a magnetic resonance diagnosing device using prepulses such as fat restricting pulses. SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging device applies flip pulses repeatedly, receives one or a plurality of MR signals phase-encoded and slice-encoded according to a 3DFT imaging method after the flip pulses are respectively applied, and generates images based on the received MR signals. The magnetic resonance imaging device generates the prepulses so that prepulse application frequency to the flip pulses is lowered from the zero-encoded center for phase encoding and slice encoding toward the outer side in three-dimensional space K.
