<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic speaker which does not take time and effort for manufacturing, and arranges electrets for electrodes with sound holes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrets 40 are arranged between a hole 21 and a hole 21 so as not to block the holes 21 in one side of electrodes 20U, 20L. A face fixing the electrets 40 directs to a vibrating body 10 side, and the electrode 20U and the electrode 20L face each other on both sides the vibrating body 10. An end of the electrode 20U is fixed to a spacer 30U, and an end of the electrode 20L is fixed to a spacer 30L. Although there is a risk that change of quality and change of a shape for the electrets may occur when the sound holes which pass through the electrodes and the electrets after the electrets are fixed on the surface of the electrodes, but the electrets 40 which are made one body with the electrodes are arranged between the hole 21 and the hole 21 so as not to block the holes, thereby change of the quality and the change of the shape does not occur in the electrets 40.
