PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and an image forming system that suppresses the occurrence of uneven density in a recording medium. SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.13, when a≥0.24 mm and b/a<0.78 are satisfied, results are obtained that are an allowable level where uneven density never occurs or the uneven density is suppressed. Further, when a<0.24 mm and b/a>1.2 are satisfied, results are obtained that are an allowable level where the uneven density never occurs or the uneven density is suppressed.
