<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit hard to break by relieving impact force even when an impact is applied on lenses. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lens unit includes at least three lenses 11 that are laminated and received in a lens barrel 10. The lenses 11 include a first lens 12, a second lens 13, and a third lens 14 that are laminated from the side of an object in this order. The first lens 12 includes a first contact face part 12a contacted on the side of the second lens 13 on the outer peripheral side. The lens unit includes a first counter face 12b facing in separation to the second lens 13 on the inner peripheral side of the first contact face part 12a. The second lens 13 includes a second contact face part 13b contacted on the side of the third lens 14 on the inner peripheral side rather than the first contact face part 12a.
