<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor mounting structure for mounting a motor to an apparatus housing with high accuracy while damping the vibration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the structure 20 of mounting a motor 4 with damping effect, vibration-damping bushes 23 are attached to through holes 5a of a bracket 5 to which the motor 4 is fixed, and a fixing screw 6 is inserted into the vibration-damping bushes to screw-fix the bracket 5 to the apparatus housing 9. A positioning shaft 6c is formed in the fixing screw 6 and the positioning shaft 6c is fitted into a positioning recess 9a formed on the apparatus housing to be brought into contact with a bottom of the recess.
