<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or restrain an irregular illuminance and a shadow from being generated, and the efficiency of using an effective light from getting low, caused by shielding a light emitted from an inner tube by a spacer attached to a tip of the inner tube for supporting the inner tube storing a light emitting tube and a light emitting filament concentrically with respect to an outer tube, and to prevent the spacer from coming out and falling down out of the tip of the inner tube, or moving toward a coming-out and falling-down direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The spacer S<SB>1</SB>has a central plate 7 inserted through an exhaust pipe 5 projected in the tip of the inner tube 2 into a hole 8, to be pivoted to the exhaust pipe 5, and an annular outer circumferential part 9 having an outside diameter dimension slightly smaller than an outer tube 3 inside diameter. The central plate 7 is formed with three or more of claw pieces 10 for fixing the central plate to the exhaust pipe 5. The inner tube 2 is supported concentrically to the outer tube 3, in the vicinity of the tip of the inner tube 2, by bringing part of the outer circumferential part 9 into contact with an outer tube inner face.
