<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to be executed by a mobile terminal for controlling feedback transmission from each mobile terminal which is receiving a multicast service or a broadcast service. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of receiving the multicast service or the broadcast service by using a low-reliability transport protocol via a downlink channel, a step of receiving a parameter for deciding whether or not the mobile terminal provides feedback, and a step of deciding whether or not the feedback relating to the multicast service or the broadcast service is to be provided based on the received parameter.
