PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a common key generation technique capable of surely and securely sharing a common key. SOLUTION: The common key generation terminal includes: a key generation source acquiring part for acquiring a plurality of pieces of key generation source information ran; a recording part 111 for recording key generation source information acquired by the key generation source acquiring part within a predetermined timewidth tw around a predetermined operation input in the key generation source information ran; a receiving part 131 for receiving information transmitted from another terminal; a reception information verifying part 117 for verifying whether at least any of the key generation source information ran coincides with the information received by the receiving part 131; a transmission information generating part for generating information to transmit to the another terminal by using at least any of the key generation source information ran; a transmitting part 130 for transmitting the information generated by the transmission information generating part to the another terminal; and a common key generating part for generating a common key on the basis of the information verified to coincide with the key generation source information ran by the reception information verifying part 117 and the information generated by the transmission information generating part by using the key generation source information ran.
