<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material testing machine system using a general-purposed computer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a control unit 21 for controlling a testing machine body 10; and an external computer 31 connected to the control unit 21. The control unit 21 loads data of a test result in the testing machine body 10 and outputs them to the external computer 31. The external computer 31 executes at least one of following processes (1) through (3) from a command output via the control unit 21: a data storing process (1) of storing the data of the test result output by the control unit 21 into an external memory unit 32; a print out process (2) of bringing a printer 34 to print out the data of the test result output by the control unit 21; and a program termination process (3) of terminating a test program which is activated at a test start timing after a termination of the test.
