<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus capable of readily adjusting the return loss characteristics, responding to UHF-band all channels. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The left and right corner portions of transmission lines 11, 12, namely, connecting parts 13, 14, 15, 16 of output ports 11a, 12a and an input port 11b are folded at 90° opposite to each other, thereby canceling the influence of the intersecting portion on a plane.
