<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which reduces the irregularity of the direction or position of a cylinder core of an electric contact portion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The molding die includes a first mold 2 having a cylindrical portion 21 inserted between the inner surface of an outer housing 16 and the outer surface of an inner housing 15 and a wall 2a formed on the interior of the cylindrical portion 21 to cover an opening into which an counterpart terminal to a terminal housing portion 15a is inserted, and a second mold 3 which includes an electric wire 12 in the outer housing 16 and a space 5 for forming a waterproof sheath formed on the outer periphery of a multicore cable 11 exposed from one end of the outer housing 16. The wall 2a of the first mold 2 includes a positioning projection 4 inserted in the cylinder core of the electric contact portion 13a, the positioning projection being formed at the position opposite to the opening.
