<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cooling time and to reduce a running rate of a compressor by increasing a flow rate of a refrigerant to an internal evaporator of low flow rate of a refrigerant by the amount of the refrigerant accumulated in the internal evaporator of high flow rate of refrigerant without allowing the refrigerant to flow to the internal evaporator of high flow rate of the refrigerant during stop of a compressor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an outside air temperature characteristic setting means 112, an outside air temperature characteristic deciding section 112c reads out and decides an operation time of a solenoid valve 102b corresponding to an outside air temperature detected by an outside air temperature detecting section 112a, from an outside air temperature characteristic storing section 112b. Thus a power distribution rate of the solenoid valve 102b can be reduced by deciding the operation time of the internal solenoid valve of low refrigerant flow rate according to the outside air temperature, in the operation of the solenoid valve to shorten a cooling time and to reduce a running rate of the compressor 103 by increasing the refrigerant flow rate to the internal evaporator 101b of low refrigerant flow rate by the amount of the refrigerant accumulated in the internval evaporator 101a of high refrigerant flow rate without allowing the refrigerant to flow to the internal evaporator 101a of high refrigerant flow rate during stop of the compressor 103.
