<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating electricity by rotating a generator at high speed while converting gravity obtained on the planet earth into rotational energy having torque and circulating mass 8 with torque having a different fulcrum. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Continuous operation is stopped if there is no mass 8 in a higher position. For carrying the mass 8 to the higher position, the mass 8 is stored in the higher position by excess energy obtained by the gravity power generation device, electricity obtained by natural energy, and human power, thereby performing a rated continuous operation.
