<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate with a hard coat layer which can be simply and easily manufactured and has excellent film adhesion, high film strength and excellent abrasion resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hard coat layer containing a curable resin is laminated on at least one surface of a base material to form a hard coat layer unit. In the laminate with the hard coat layer, the hard coat layer unit is constituted of two or more hard coat layers. A curing shrinkage ratio of the curable resin contained in the hard coat layer located at a position nearest the base material is minimum among curing shrinkage ratios of the curable resins contained in the hard coat layers constituting the hard coat layer unit.
