<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable wall-hanging table which is movable without using a clasp such as a hinge, in order to solve the problem that in a conventional foldable wall-hanging table, respective components are fixed using nails and the movable part uses the hinge and screws for fixing the hinge, so that the hinge imposes a burden on a joint and the screws fixing the hinge is easily loosened due to the force applied in directions other than a pressing direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Any clasp is not used, and the directions or the like of mortises of the joints of the respective components are especially designed. When unfolding the top plate 2, the top plate 2 is slid upward along a guide bar 4 and the top thereof is pulled forward. Thus, the top plate 2 is rotated and unfolded. When unfolding the top plate 2, a leg 3 is extended to be caught by a concave generated in a body. The structure of temporarily sliding the top plate 2 upward when unfolding thereof prevents the top plate 2 from opening on its own while the top plate 2 is folded.
