<p>A radial tyre includes a body ply (1), a belt (2), a breaker (3) and a tread. The body ply (1) is curved inwardly to form a tube cavity. The edges on both sides of the body ply (1) are turned over to enwrap a bead ring (4) therein. The belt (2) has one or more cords, which are spirally wound in an angular direction of 0-1 degree with respect to the equatorial line of the tyre. The breaker (3) is arranged between the belt (2) and the ply (1). It brings remarkable advantages as follows: the weight of the tyre is substantially reduced, and the cost is greatly decreased, but the structure is more stable.</p> |
