<p>A manufacturing method for a belt layer of a tyre, especially of a radial tyre, comprises steps as follows: preheating steel cords, coating one or a plural of spaced steel cords with rubber and forming rubber coated steel band through extrusion, cooling the band and spirally winding the band into a belt. The method is carried out by following ordinally arranged devices, spindle stands (1), a preheating device (2), an extrusion device (4), a cooling device (5), a guiding device (6) and a winding device. The said winding device comprises a distance adjusting device (11), a cutting device and a winding wheel (12).</p> |
