PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexure whose structure is improved to reduce the vibration of a slider during the operation of a hard disk drive, a head suspension assembly including the flexure, and a hard disk drive including the head suspension assembly. SOLUTION: The flexure 130 for supporting the slider 150 of a hard disk drive includes a slider support surface 136 for supporting the slider 150, a cross beam 134 for elastically supporting the slider support surface 136, and a buffer unit (a forward vibration absorber 142 and a rear vibration absorber 138) for suppressing the vibration of the slider support surface 136.
