PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an expanding and contracting stroke from being shortened by not allowing an angle made between a pair of end part link bars located in an end part in an expanding direction to become 180°or more, and to improve durability in an expansion cover apparatus in which each coating plate is connected to be flexible by a pantograph-type link mechanism made of a plurality of link bars with a plurality of coating plates stacked. SOLUTION: Stopper parts 67p, 67p, 77p, 77p abutting on the end part link bars 68a, 68a, 78a, 78a and stopping the angle made between a pair of end part link bars 68a, 68a, 78a, 78a from becoming 180°or more are provided on the coating plates 67, 77 located in an end in the direction of board thickness.
